LUMINOZ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent  any disease. They are formulated to enhance skin health by promoting  softness, hydration, and overall well-being.

WARRANTY NOTE: For Change of Mind: Unopened and undamaged products can be returned if informed at the below WhatsApp number within two hours of delivery, 25% of the total order amount will be deducted. For Delivery Issues: Verify product condition and quantity at the time of delivery. If found any discrepancy or if the product is damaged please contact immediately at +92 345 6266328 (WhatsApp only). Share order details and pics of the product if you want to share the witness. In case of no response please leave a voice message. You will be contacted and provided proper solution. No cost will be charged to customer in case of delivery issue. Report any discrepancies immediately, no claims will be accepted if reporting after 6 hours of delivery. We can not accept responsibility for unreported issues. Warranty  excludes damage from improper storage, or mishandling by the customer after the product has delivered.
